Recipe Source: Whole Grain BakingThese are good, and don't use any flour at all, so might be interesting to someone who doesn't tolerate wheat well. They are salty-sweet which is a combo I like. To simplyfy the recipe a bit, I chopped the cashews briefly with the oatmeal in the food processor, after processing the oatmeal in there.
